Sign is made in Londonderry, NH. Local pick up available, please send a message for a custom order link. For large shipped items like this, we are a green shipper and may reuse cardboard boxes! Thanks for understanding.

My item was mailed to the wrong address
While this does not happen often, it is very important to check your current address saved on your account. We are happy to adjust the address before shipping but cannot be responsible for the shipping fees to resend packages once returned back for insufficient address, wrong address, unable to delivery, forwarding expired, etc. We will reach out to the buyer if a package is returned to review options available to resend.
